This mead is inspired by an autumnal walk in the forest, the rustling of the leaves and the wonderful play of colors in the forest. The late autumnal cinnamon note, which is achieved by a real cinnamon stick in the mead, is particularly noticeable as mulled mead and brings a taste similar to wonderfully fragrant pickled pears.
