Order
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in your customer account under the "Orders" section. You will definitely receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.
How can I change my order afterwards?
With our fast shipping, your order is forwarded to packaging for further processing immediately after purchase. At this point, changes are no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I only order online?
Orders can only be placed via the online shop.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
With standard shipping, your package is usually delivered within 3-5 business days. You can view the exact order status in your customer account under the "Orders" section.
In addition, you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation, which you can use to track your package.
Has my order already been shipped?
You can check the status of your order in your customer account under the "Orders" section. You will definitely receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number via email.
Why can't I track my delivery despite having a tracking number?
That shouldn't be the case. All our packages are shipped with a tracking number. If, contrary to expectations, your order hasn't arrived after 7 days, please contact our customer service.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
We are happy to deliver your order to your preferred address. You have the option to specify a different address or a DHL Packstation during the ordering process.
Returns & Exchanges
My item is broken, what now?
We are very sorry that you received a damaged item. Of course, you can return the item within the statutory period.
Please send us an email with the following information:
- Your customer number
- Your order number
- Item name and, if applicable, the item number (SKU)
- brief error description
- Two to three meaningful photos
We will review the images as soon as possible. You will receive feedback via email.
How long do I have to return something?
With us, you have 30 days to return items.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via the originally chosen payment method.

If you are unsure, we recommend comparing our measurements carefully with a garment that fits you well.
What if an item doesn't fit me?
