This product contains persulfates, alkalis, and other ingredients that may cause severe irritation, respiratory distress, and/or allergic reactions. Contains hydrogen peroxide, which may cause severe skin and eye irritation. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not inhale or swallow this product. If inhaled, get fresh air and seek medical help if needed. Do not apply the mixture directly to the scalp. If the scalp or surrounding areas become irritated, remove the product immediately if itching or burning occurs. If scalp or skin irritation develops, discontinue use and consult a doctor if necessary. Use only non-metallic bowls and utensils. Do not color over metallic dyes or damaged hair. Hold the bottle away from your face when opening and replace the cap tightly when not in use. Do not dispose of the product or product mixtures in the trash, as this may cause a fire. Dispose of unused product at a recycling center. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. This product should not be used on persons under the age of 16.

The Flash Lightning kits contain everything you need to bleach your hair before coloring it with Manic Panic hair dyes. The bleaching kits are available in various volume levels. The lighter the chosen hair color, the lighter you need to bleach your hair to achieve the best results. Each Manic Panic hair dye label indicates the recommended level of lift or blonde shade for optimal color results. Manic Panic Flash Lightning bleaching kits are vegan and have not been tested on animals.

Your Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleaching Kit contains:

• 36g bleaching powder: Dust-free formula.
• 120 ml 30 Vol. Creme Developer, 9%: The Creme Developer determines the volume level.
• 1x Mixing cup: For mixing bleaching powder and cream developer.
• 1x Dyeing brush: For precise application and full coverage.
• 1x Hair cap: Leave the hair cap on while the bleach is processing.
• 1 pair of latex-free gloves: Protects the skin from the bleaching agent during application.

As with all hair dyes, it's important to test Manic Panic Flash Lightning bleach on a strand of hair. This way you can check for an allergic reaction and whether the result meets your expectations.

We recommend purchasing one Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit for every 10 cm of hair length with average hair thickness.

Application

To achieve optimal results, please follow the enclosed instructions carefully. Do not use on hair that has been permanently dyed black. The processing time depends on the color and condition of your hair. Check your hair every 10 minutes during the processing time to determine how much it has lightened. To do this, wipe off some of the bleach from the area you want to check and gently pull on the strand to ensure the hair doesn't break. If the hair isn't as light as desired and the hair doesn't break, reapply the bleach and continue processing. After the processing time, thoroughly wash your hair twice with Prepare To Dye® Clarifying Shampoo to rinse out all bleach residue. Do not use conditioner before applying Manic Panic hair color.
